Return / Cancelation policy

For obvious hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on intimate items.

1. Some of our products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults as per the individual terms of the manufacturer. Products under warranty can be returned up to one or three years, depending on the product’s warranty specifications

Please read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions regarding care and use of the products as products that are damaged by inappropriate use cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We will send faulty product back to the manufacturers for assessment under the following conditions:

• The item is returned in its original, undamaged packaging
• The item has not been soiled, altered or damaged in any way
• The item is accompanied by its original receipt
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

Based on the findings of the manufacturer; the item will be replaced, depending on the circumstance.

2. In case, you changed your mind: If the parcel is still on the way to you, have not been collected or it has just arrived, but you have not opened the courier bag yet, you can return the products for a credit voucher or refund. We will charge a 10% handling fee on all returns, but before we can give you a credit voucher or refund, the parcel/item will need to return in good, sealed condition. These checks are to ensure the product has not been opened and tampered with. We cannot accept returns on any items of an intimate nature that have been removed from their packaging unless they are faulty

3. If a product was damaged in transit, or an incorrect product has been sent, please contact usimmediately for a quick solution.
4. We don’t take back Dildos , so make sure you have chosen the correct size

No CASH refunds under any circumstances.
